Sampath has about 25 years of experience in project design and engineering across India, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Nigeria, Sau Tome, UAE, Germany and USA. He has been involved in the different facets of the project planning management with policy formulation for the states, Master Plan preparation of individual cities and action plans for implementation. He has formulated and managed tender document preparation for the government and private sector organizations and has an overall understanding of all the facets of the WASH sector.

He has done B.E (Civil) from Osmania University, Hyderabad and MBA from Institute of Rural Management. Anand and has more than 20 years of working experience in the fields of drinking water supply, wastewater treatment and management, faecal sludge and septage management and solid waste management sector. He has carried out several feasibility studies for drinking water projects, septage and faecal sludge treatment facility.

Richa has five years of experience in the field of Water, Waste Management, Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) sector, sustainable tourism certifications, livelihood community development, CSR projects etc. across India and Nepal.

She has worked in many slum areas for resilient solutions on issues such as drinking water supply, water recycling/reuse options, livelihood, , gender-based violence, developing SHGs for women, decentralized waste management and, training and capacity building for vulnerable community She also undertakes sustainable tourism certification of the lodges, resorts and other accommodation providers under which water related criteria are prominently covered.

Richa has done Masters in Natural Resource Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is also a GSTC Qualified Auditor.

Sahil Dadlani

Personal Experience

Sahil is a Project Executive with Sycom Projects Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He participates, supervises, manages and directs environment industry, infrastructure, wildlife tourism, CSR, sustainable development and ecotourism certification projects with primary focus being on water and air management which include, but are not limited to, providing sustainable solutions for water and air related problems, measuring and ascertaining the quality of air and water of a specific area/region and studying designs related to water and air infrastructure.

Sahil has also worked in the water sector as a marketing manager on various promotional campaigns, consumer awareness campaignsrelating to improvement of water quality, TDS levels, PH levels, etc.air quality, PPM levels, CO2 levels etc.

Sahil also has an expertise in carrying out Audits pertaining to ecotourism certification across South East Asia. He also has substantial experience in carrying out audits for non – wildlife regions and has executed a significant number of audits for state tourism boards across India.

Sahil holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and Data Analytics and Data Visualization from IP University, Delhi, and is also a GSTC qualified auditor for Global Sustainable Tourism Council.

Pradeep Dadlani, Director, Sycom Projects Consultants Pvt. Ltd and Head-TOFT Pug-Audit Team is BE (Mech) from BITS Pilani and MBA degree from FMS, University of Delhi. He is also an accredited Environmental Safeguards Specialist with The World Bank. He has over 30 years of experience in the Sectors such as Environment, Water Health and Sanitation, Waste Management (Solid/Liquid), Industry, Tourism, Project Management and Infrastructure.

During his three decades of professional tenure, he has worked on various projects on different capacities. He has donned many roles such as Team Leader, Sector Expert, Waste Management Expert, Environment and Social Safeguards Specialist. Project Coordinator in many countries including India, Nepal, Middle East, Bangladesh, Australia, Indonesia etc.

Some of the prestigious clients for whom he has worked include The World Bank, GIZ, DANIDA, NORAD, DFID, European Commission as well as many Central and State Government Departments/Agencies. He is a STC with the World Bank as Environment Safeguards Specialist.
