Anjori holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and brings hands-on experience from startups and advertising firms, specializing in branding and communication strategies. She is dedicated to volunteer work, crafting compelling articles for community development initiatives.
At MHT, Anjori works as a Development Associate focusing on Water and Sanitation and Land Rights in informal settlements in Delhi. Her role encompasses the strategic design of community engagement tools, the curation of compelling case studies, and organising informative community awareness sessions. Her work also helps her collaborate closely with community members in identifying the challenges and co-creating solutions that empower them to advocate for themselves.
As an ardent advocate for women’s empowerment, Anjori is deeply committed to providing women with a platform to showcase their strengths and abilities, thus fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.

Nishtha Kashyap is an architect, designer, and social practitioner based in New Delhi, India. She is currently working at the intersection of urbanism, the built environment, policy advocacy, public participation, and community development. She has worked on projects on housing and land rights, water and sanitation, the livelihoods of informal workers, access to social security, and participatory urban governance, focusing on improving the built environment and the lives of marginalized communities in Delhi’s urban areas for over 2 years. Her works include research and advocacy at the city planning level, creating visual and communication tools for public engagement and awareness, and designing and building social infrastructures engagement like schools, anganwadis, temporary housing shelters, etc. She believes that architecture and architects bear a social responsibility to bring about positive change in society. Deeply concerned with access to human rights, she is very passionate about exploring how architecture can address social and spatial inequalities.
